Posted by John K. Fulweiler | Apr 12, 2013 | 0 Comments

The Rhode Island Bar Association will host Proctor-in-Admiralty John K. Fulweiler at two speaking engagements in May, 2013. John will be speaking as part of the Association's Continuing Legal Education ("CLE") series. CLE is professional education of lawyers that takes place after a lawyer's admittance to the bar. Most jurisdictions require lawyers (including admiralty attorneys) to undertake a certain number of CLE hours each year in order to keep their bar license in good standing. As a former partner in a Manhattan maritime law firm and with a career devoted to the practice of boating law, it's natural that boating law lawyer John K. Fulweiler will speaking about maritime legal issues. From maritime injury claims to yacht salvage and maritime arbitration, the title of John's course is: "Safely Navigating Around Admiralty Issues."

Underway and making way.
